At Sticker Moment, we take great care in creating each handmade and personalized item. Please review our return and refund policy below.

 

Final Sale Items

• Custom and personalized products (including stickers, cake toppers, magnets, and other made-to-order designs) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Returns for Non-Custom Products

• Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• To request a return, contact us at stickermoment1122@gmail.com with your order number.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

 

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
